Agriculture Manager :

Location : Jama block of Dumka district at Jharkhand

Job Profile of Candidate :

Provide ToT and refresher training to different staff of FNGO, community cadres and farmers/beneficiaries on different crop production and their management

Provide hand holding support to community cadre and staff of FNGO to implement the different agriculture activities at the field level

Coordinating with Partner NGOs to ensure smooth implementation of agriculture activities

Attend as well conduct review meetings at different node for providing technical support

Preparing different technical support, yield analysis, case study etc. related to the project

Any other related work assigned by the CEO and/or BoDs

Salary : The Compensation will be finalized on mutual consent depending upon the suitability of the candidate.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B. Sc. Ag)/ Master degree in Agriculture (M.Sc. Ag) from a recognized Agriculture University with at least three years’ experience in Agriculture in large-scale agriculture promotion. Working with livelihoods in development sector and/or W-FPCs will be added an advantage. Must have a two-wheeler with driving licence.

Accounts Manager :

Location : Jama block of Dumka district at Jharkhand

Job Profile of Candidate :

Candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in accounts. Responsible for accounting, preparation of half-yearly audit, handling all statutory requirement and support administration as and when required. Familiar with the latest tally and other related application.

Salary : The Compensation will be finalized on mutual consent depending upon the suitability of the candidate.

Qualification : MBA / M.Com having an experience of 3-5 years in relevant sector. Working with livelihoods with W-FPCs will be added an advantage.
