Responsibilities and Core Scope of Tasks
1.Overall responsible for the internal monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
2.Responsible for developing action Plan and Coordination of the activities the project level.
3.He is responsible to track the implementation process with internal Monitoring of project activities.
4.Importantly, he is too responsible for monthly review cum planning meetings and evaluation of the entire program activities with constructive feedback to all team members.
5.Exclusively act as Technical Support in the project implementation
6.Managing the contracts and focusing on the deliverability of the firm/individual.
7.Set the right expectations and coordinate with stakeholders
8.Overall responsible for the project implementation and designing plan.
9.The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining proper coordination with staff, support on capacity-building initiatives, and rapport building with various stakeholders such as FPOs, Fishery department, Aquaculture Experts and scientists and market aggregators.
10.Panning project team meetings and outreach activities, including liaising with relevant government and private sector actors.
11.Any work can be assigned by the management as per the requirement.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and allied sectors from a reputed institute.
•Additional qualifications like project implementation programme will be preferred.
Professional Experience:
•A minimum of 1-3 years of working professional experience in CSO/INGO/ Govt. in a comparable position (ideally with international environment) having experience of project management, administrative coordination, or related experience.
•Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer programme
•Experience of working with the International NGO in the past would be preferable.
•Relevant professional experience in Aquaculture projects would be preferred.
Additional Competences:
•Willingness to travel and ability to work in teams
•Good understanding of management.
•Proficient computer skills, advance Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advance Excel)
•Good organisational and administrative skills.
•Ability to work independently when required
•Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
•Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management
