1. Position: Programme Manager- Livelihood

Number of Vacancy: 01

Location: Sambalpur, Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design activities with community people and mentor team members for proper implementation of the programme

• Spend 80% of the time in the field to build relationship with the community and other stakeholders

• Ensure successful implementation of the programme under livelihood-Ecological farming, FRA, GPDP and strengthening local governance

• Facilitate meeting and training with target groups, linkage with government departments.

• Maintain systematic database of all beneficiary and coverage area

• Prompt and active coordination and response with Sr. Programme Manager

• Develop accurate and timely report of the programme as per Patang standard

• Utilise and maintain expenses as per budget vis-à-vis financial policy

• Participate/ organize all meetings, trainings, workshops organised or supported by Patang as and when assigned to you.

Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Post Graduate in any discipline

• Prior work experience of 3-5years in livelihood and entrepreneurship

• Ready to invest in own learning/openness to learn.

• Must be a team player and ready to work in an informal work environment.

• Must be ready to travel using local transport and stay in the village/field area

• Experience in conducting/facilitating learning activities with youth and community people

• Comfortable in using Microsoft word, MS excel etc. for documentation and reporting

Pay Range: Rs.25000 to Rs.28000/- (Tax will be deducted as per the law)
