POST: MARKETING MANAGER FOR GINGER PROJECT

BROAD RESPONSIBILITY:

• Building a target achievable Marketing Team, which can achieve agriculture-based input, output and processed products marketing at Odisha as well as outside Odisha.

• Preparing business plan, coordinating marketing team, identifying new vendors, building relationship with vendors, supporting team members for achieving the targets.

• Preparing various report on monthly basis for the management and performance of marketing team.

• Reporting to KNSFPCL and different Government Agencies like Mission Shakti, OLM, Department of Horticulture.

•Willing to engaged on additional activities assigned by KNSFPCL.

•Supervise project related works on regular basis. Supervise/Coordinate with cluster coordinators.

•Preparing various report on weekly/monthly basis for the management and performance of project and submit to concern person related to project.

•Willing to engaged on additional activities assigned by KNSFPCL.

•Organize meeting, training, exposure at SHG/PC level.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES:

•Bachelors degree along with computer education.

•Good Reading and writing skill.

•Minimum 1 year experience on related field.

•Excellent communication skill in local language

PACKAGE:

Monthly Salary Rs. 18,000/- along with Local Conveyance.
