Job Description

UDRI (Urban Design Research Institute) and NAGAR (NGO Alliance for Governance Advocacy Renewal), in collaboration, have initiated a project focusing on research and mapping of Public Open Spaces in Greater Mumbai with an in-depth site survey. For the implementation of the on-ground survey and documentation, this unpaid internship shall provide a unique experience that allows insights and experiences for investigative and critical thinking skill sets. It also offers an excellent opportunity for students to work on the on-site survey.


Successful deliverance of the work shall be acknowledged with a certification from NAGAR and UDRI.

Eligibility Criteria

(1) Familiarity with the principles of town planning and urban design is preferrable

(2) Understanding of the implications and the purpose of development control and promotion regulations (DCPR) for Greater Mumbai

(3) Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Architecture, Urban Design and built environment.
