Call for Applications: Full-time Position

DASAM (Dalit Adivasi Shakti Adhikar Manch) invites applications for the full-time in Delhi for documentation, report writing, coordinate with team works, compilation of project components, report writing, field visits, etc. Candidate should have proficient in English and Hindi language in desired assignment.

Candidates with post-graduate or higher academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply even if they do not have any work experience.

The candidate should be minimum graduate in any discipline.

The candidate should exhibit high level of self-motivation, willing to take initiatives, and be creative in their approach to work.

The candidate will be required to travel extensively to field areas. About DASAM

Dalit Adivasi Shakti Adhikar Manch (DASAM) is a membership-based platform of the Dalits, Adivasis and fratenal organisations to claim a space for social and economic justice. DASAM is committed to social justice promotes harmonic relationships in order to resist exploitations. We believe in a unified struggle against socio-economic deprivation and synthesising in ideologies, strategies and historical evolutions of the struggles. While working in solidarity with stakeholder, we maintain our ultimate aim to annihilate graded power structures altogether by non-violent means. We envision to build a network of all those who are involved in resistance movements for the rights of Dalits, minorities, Adivasis, women, trans people and other marginalized and oppressed g1•oups of the society.
