Job Description

Educational Qualification:

Graduation from any discipline.

However, Post-graduation in Social Entrepreneurship, Agribusiness Management and or related fields will be given preference.

Person with experience will be given preference

Job role:

•Identify and analyse market opportunities for small-scale farmers and rural communities

•Develop and implement strategies to link farmers and rural communities to profitable markets

•Work with local partners to strengthen market systems and develop value chains

•Build strong relationships with buyers, traders, and other market actors

•Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote the products of small-scale farmers and rural communities

•Provide technical assistance and training to FPC staffs and farmers on product quality and packaging as per the demand of different markets

•Conduct market research and analysis to generate program strategies and help FPCs for decision-making

•Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure to set the target and project deliverable.

•Produce regular reports on program activities, achievements, challenges and learning.

Salary:

11000 to 14000 rupees
