Job Description

Job Role and Expectations:-


As a Financial Literacy Trainer, you will play a vital role in educating and empowering women with essential financial knowledge and skills. Your responsibilities will include:


1) Conducting engaging training sessions on various financial topics such as

budgeting, saving, investing, and managing debt.

2) Providing personalized guidance to women in developing effective financial

strategies.

3) Assisting participants in creating financial goals and action plans.

4) Organizing workshops and interactive activities to enhance financial

literacy and confidence.

5) Collaborating with local communities, organizations, and the bank to create

a supportive network for women's financial well-being.


Qualifications:-


Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration,

or a related field.


Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or counseling, preferably

in the field of finance or women empowerment.


Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal finance concepts, including

budgeting, savings, investments, and debt management.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and Hindi.


Empathy and Sensitivity: Ability to connect with women from diverse backgrounds and cultures, displaying empathy and sensitivity to their unique challenges.


Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Bankura and Midnapur districts and adapt to different community settings.


Location: Bankura, Midnapur, West Bengal
