Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Documentation Executive to join our non-
profit organization. As the Communications Executive, you will be responsible for
implementing comprehensive documentation that effectively convey our mission,
programs, and impact to various stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage our social
media presence and handle content development to support our organization's
communication needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication strategies: Create and implement strategic
communication plans that align with the organization's mission and objectives. Identify
target audiences, craft key messages, and select appropriate communication channels (e.g.,
press releases, newsletters, website, blogs, etc.) to effectively reach stakeholders.
Social media management: Oversee the organization's social media presence across various
platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Develop engaging content,
including posts, articles, graphics, and videos. Monitor social media conversations and
respond to comments and inquiries.
Content creation and storytelling: Generate compelling and impactful content for various
communication channels. Write press releases, articles, blog posts, and other materials to
highlight the organization's achievements, initiatives, and impact. Develop captivating
stories that resonate with different audiences and showcase the organization's work.
Documentation management: Create and maintain a comprehensive repository of
organizational documentation, including reports, case studies, success stories, photos and
other relevant materials. Organize and categorize documentation for easy access and
retrieval. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in documentation that is required while
reporting to the various donors.
Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze communication activities, including social
media metrics, website analytics, and media coverage. Prepare regular reports and provide
insights to improve communication effectiveness. Utilize data-driven approaches to refine
strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:

Graduation - Graduate-Other
Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in communications, social media management, and documentation within the non-profit sector or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling
content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
