Job Description

Qualification


•Should have Graduate/Post graduate in Social Work/Rural Management/Sociology or related field.

•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling the MIS in any organization.

•Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.

•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent communication and documentation skills in Hindi and English, both oral and written.

•Proficient in using computers, especially in MS Office and Internet.


Nature and term of the job: This is a full-time contractual job for the period of one year initially. Position is extendable subject to the performance.

Key functions:


•Collect and accurately input data into computerized excel based MIS system

•Update information

•Produce data as required

•Share the analysis of key program indicator in the monthly review meeting

•Contribute to and assist in the preparation and delivery of reports

•Tracking status of activities on monthly basis as per DIP

•Supportive supervision field visits to triangulated and validate databases

•Timely preparation of Monthly progress reports

•Collection and submission AFP reports

•Back checking reports/ data during field visits

•Maintaining/updating salary register, stock and stock register, time sheet file, travel plan file, letter received/dispatch file, MPR files, review meeting register etc.

•Any other job assigns by the supervisor. /NGO Head or Representative" and narrative report writing of major activities.

•Maintaining and updating program files with supporting documents.


Remuneration: Monthly remuneration will Approx. Rs. 30,000/- (Gross) for this position.
