We at LWB provide healing, education, and refuge to vulnerable children worldwide. We do this through our ongoing Education, Medical, Foster Care, Nutrition, Healing Homes, Special Projects and AntiTrafficking programs. Our vision is to give the most loving and compassionate help possible to orphaned and impoverished children and to show the world that every child, regardless of his or her needs, deserves to experience love and be treated with dignity and care.

We are looking for Outreach Executive for our Kendrapara, Odisha Division. Pls. find the responsibilities below:

Lead Foster Care and other alternative child care programs in India.

Liasioning with district officials for recognition of LWB as a Foster care partner for the district.

Organise all stakeholders' meetings prior to the launch of a Foster care program in a district.

Create a budget and resource allocation plan for the Foster care Program.

Implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for Foster Care Program.

Create a Monthly Activity Planner and ensure timely execution and completion of planned activities.

Creation of a Communication plan for promotion and advocacy for Foster care.

Manage the entire process of generation of leads of Prospective Foster care parents to identify and select Couples/Single parents genuinely interested in Foster care to the placement of a suitable child under the care of the Foster parent

Creation of a Foster Care group with like-minded social organizations for capacity building of - the Foster Care for Love - Program in India.

Recruitment and training and counselling of foster care staff to work with the highest degree of ethics and fully compliant with LWB ideology.

Management of Foster Parents' engagement and interest and overseeing the well-being of the child vis-a-vis the family under LWB foster care.

Develop and implement a Foster care Reporting process compliant with existing processes and format of LWB.

Statutory compliance with existing government rules and guidelines and being aware of current prevalent laws and rules concerning child care nationally and internationally.

Advise and share best practices of Family-based Care and the Foster Care For Love program of LWB if required with the government child welfare departments.

Manage and implement programs and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.

Travel and visit different sites for review of the programs.
