Job Description

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:

1. Lead the implementation of the Programme in assigned district

2. Develop systems to identify, manage and monitor learning needs of participants

3. Identification & onboarding of facilitators and mentors from the local community

4. Build an effective local ecosystem to enable the women to establish their micro-enterprises

5. Mentor & support the women leaders in their entrepreneurial journey

Eligibility Criteria

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

1. Strong project management skills

2. Belief in the potential of women led business

3. Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

QUALIFICATION: Graduation or Post-Graduation

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in entrepreneurship or development space.

WORK LOCATION: Andhra Pradesh (Kakinada)

SALARY: As per industry standard

LANGUAGE: Proficiency in Telugu language mandatory
