The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for maintaining all records that relate to TOLFA's 60+ members of staff. They will also be expected to understand Indian employment law and TOLFAs internal protocols when dealing with any staff issues.
Reporting To: Top Management
Hours – Full Time
Monthly Salary – Rs 18000 - Rs22500 (above salary is for candidate with HR related education and 2 years experience - this will be reviewed for anyone without above experience)
Assist staff signing in of staff on biometric machine. Download the daily information from the Biometric machine and transfer the details to the register.
Update the Daily Time Keeping excel document with overtime/cut time.
Monthly manage the wage slips and salary payments for all staff.
Monthly manage the EPFO, ESI and TDS payment calculations for staff.
Manage applications for future annual leave and update register.
Maintain the staff’s personnel files to ensure all details are up to date.
Remind all staff when it is their date to rabies vaccinations.
Manage and administrate the replacement of uniforms at various times of the year.
Induct new staff and fill out all relevant paper work.
Support Managers in disciplinary actions with staff by advising on and following the TOLFA Staff Protocols.
Review all TOLFA HR Documents and discuss improvements/changes with Top Management.
Annually review all HR documents as above paper works.
Keep TOLFA management informed of any changes in employment law that may effect TOLFA staff.
Research and implement schemes or benefits that may be available to our staff
The above list of duties is not exhaustive and the Human Resources Executive may be requested to take on additional tasks within HR or general administration duties at the request of management.
