Job Description

Requirement: Smart Phone, 2-wheeler

Skills: Good Speaking and Interacting Skills, Good Sales Skills

Work Profile:

The selected candidate will have to spread the awareness of the product and have to sale. The candidate must have proper speaking and Interacting skills and must be acquainted with selling techniques.

1.     Induction

  • Introducing CI’s and GSs about the company ethics, culture and making them aware about the policies, procedures and system to follow.
  • Introducing them to the other connected teams

2.     Training

  • Monthly Training programme to be planned by consulting the respective Project Manager.
  • Ensuring that all the relevant Training modules are covered while imparting training to CI’s and GS’s.
  • Regularly update the Training record with all the required details.
  • Any specific training requirement must be communicated to the HR Department.

3.     Process Implementation

  • Explaining the process of distribution, demonstration, report submission, attendance and Data management.
  • Must emphasise on the importance of Data privacy at all the times.

4.     Tech support

  •  Supporting teams in case there is technical issue related to functionality of app related to orders or attendance


Eligibility Criteria

Must be a Graduate and should be willing to travel extensively.
