SAATHII has a vacancy for Administration Officerin Chennaifor the GFATM funded project Svetana to engage private health sector in increasing access to and improving quality services. Key responsibilities of the Administration Officer: •Day-to-day office administration, filing, photocopying, maintaining different registers, including attendance register, correspondence, office stocks etc. •Dealing with suppliers, vendors and service providers, travel arrangements and bookings for team members. •Ensure timely payment of vendors, suppliers, office rent, professional tax, communication and electricity bills. •Procurement of assets and equipments as per the organisational policy •Purchasing of office stationery and other utility items. •Logistics support on a day-to-day basis for smooth running of the office and during in-house and outside trainings, meetings and other events. •Administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations. •Collation and distribution of minu
