Job Description

Designation: Project Coordinator

Final offer: (8-9 Months Contract with opportunity of extension based on the project extension)

Location: Udaipur

Role Expected:

1. Responsible to coordinate with school principal and administration to get the renovation work done on time.

2. Coordinating with the vendor, getting proper quotation and bills, getting the machine installed properly.

3. Documentation of all the work, tracking the status of infrastructure before the project work and after the project work.

4. Ensuring the payment on completion of work and submission of proper bills to the account section.

5. Documentation and monthly reporting of the progress report.

Qualification and Essential Terms:

1. Graduate with more minimum of 3 years of experience in handling the project directly as project lead or Team leaders.

2. Individual should have its own two wheelers for movement & own laptop for documentation.

3. Leave is not allowed during the probation period.

4. Appointment will for nine-month, clause that one-month salary is deducted in 3 installments and kept as security. This amount is paid back after completion of nine-month period in the organization. If the candidates leave before nine-month, security amount deducted is forfeited.

Offer: Rs 20,000 to 25,000/- (Based on qualification and Experience)
