Job Description

Job Vacancy: Associate Trainer

Location: Kolkata with frequent outstation travel

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Contacting school, college and universities for collaborations.

2. Taking session on Gender/SRHR/Sexuality/Child Safety with children, adolescent girls & boys and young women.

3. Preparing training module as per requirement

4. Client handling and becoming the PoC.

5. Maintaining project related MIS.

6. Preparing project report as per directions from the client.

7. Conducting need and impact assessment to gauge areas of progress and needs for intervention.


1.Must have an experience as educator/trainer in last job experience.

2.Must have 2years of work experience.

3.Must be proficient in using MS Office/CANVA

4.Should be able to communicate in English, Bengali and Hindi (preferably both reading & writing)

5.Should be confident enough to travel alone to required field areas and take sessions independently.

Salary range: Rs18,000/- to Rs20,000/- per month depending on eligibility and work experience.

Since most of the sessions are conducted with girls in under-resourced communities, women candidates will be preferred. Our office is located in Behala. We are open from Monday to Saturday.

Our beneficiaries mainly include underprivileged schools, rural areas and urban slums. We have tried to safeguard our environment for women and children and society at large in a sustainable manner. Though we have started from Kolkata, we have tried to spread in other districts of West Bengal like South 24 parganas, North 24 parganas, Nadia, Darjeeling, Alipurduar, Murshidabad Howrah & Hooghly. We have also started taking our sessions in Odisha and Bihar.
