Qualification and expected skills:

•Postgraduate with social sciences/ management with 2-4 years of experience in social development, Skill Development. Candidates with experience in working with youth women and children would be an asset.

•Experience in handling a team of 5-8 people and projects involving multiple Stakeholders, Multi-Party negotiations, and discussions yielding conclusive results.

•Written and verbal communication skills in English ad Hindi.

•Good understanding of project planning and management cycles and experience in developing quality project reports and other documents

•Should be able to work with minimum supervision and meet timelines.

•Good knowledge of report writing and maintaining data.

•Good knowledge of Ms word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Personnel Attributes:

•Good communication, articulation, and negotiation skills: Should be able to talk with adolescents and children sensibly; able to manage different difficult situations tactfully.

•Non-aggressive, composed, and peaceful nature: have a good understanding of adolescent behavior, Adolescent issues and have a positive, hopeful outlook toward future outcomes.

•Able to deal with adolescent issues with a lot of patience and persistence.

Remuneration; The salary offered for the position is Rs 13000/Month plus other allowances. The position involves good learning opportunities for the candidates which can be useful in their future career advancements.

About The Post; The HMC will be responsible for the day-to-day activities happening in the Gyan Vigyan Rainbow Home. She will be managing the staff of homes and handling the report writing and the data related to the programs.
