Gender Coordinator:

Job Responsibility: Responsibility is to see that increase in women participation and they are involved in the decision-making process more. SHG meetings, formation of women group / federation and personal health and hygiene of the women will be the part of discussion meeting and action plan will be framed accordingly in all project villages with support of Project coordinator, Supervisor, village promoter and other community institution.

Prepare Success Stories, Case Studies, new learning and experiences are to be documented on a frequent basis. She will work closely with the other project staff and the community. Analyses and draft progress reports provide inputs to the management to prepare required time to time progress report required to donor partner and other stake holders. Manage and maintain proactive relationship with block / district administration to converge with various Govt. programs.

Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate degree in Rural Development or any Social Science / Any professional degree or equivalent. Prior experience of working in the development sector in livelihoods will be preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in development sector in same field.

Salary: Gross Salary will be up to Rs.25,000 per month, based on years of experiences and Interview performance.
