Job Description

Position Overview:

Coordinator - Partnerships and Capacity Building plays a vital role in fostering collaborative relationships and strengthening the organization's capacity to achieve its goals and objectives.

 

Core Roles and Responsibilities: 70%

·        Capacity Building: Design and implement capacity-building programs and workshops for staff and partners to enhance skills, knowledge, and organizational effectiveness.

·        Logistic support: Ensure logistical support regarding any programmatic visits, trainings, and capacity building programmes smoothly across programmes, functions and across locations.

·        Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and evaluate the impact of partnerships and capacity-building initiatives, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

·        Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to optimize resource sharing and leverage expertise.

·        Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partners related to thematic and skill-based trainings.

 

Link Responsibilities: 15%

·        Explore proactively capacity building requirement within team members and functional heads.

·        Share and inform leadership on the impact of several training and development initiatives.

Systemic Responsibilities: 15%

·        Engage in upholding and strengthening the core values of the organisation, foster transparent and open feedback system.

Qualifications and Experience:

?     A master’s degree in Social Sciences or related discipline is preferred, with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in non-profits.

?     Relevant certifications on facilitation techniques, learning tools, data analytics, research tools and methodologies will be preferred and add on to the profile.


Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

Skills and competencies:

·        Experience in designing capacity building programmes, including selecting appropriate methodologies.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively.

·        Ability to manage logistical support for large scale capacity building initiatives.
