Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR /Admin. functions and duties.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.

• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations..

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences & leaves, etc.).

• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

• Handling of HR portal.

• Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves).

• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.

• Understand CSR and its entities- Build an understanding of the planning, budgeting, implementation, and finance process of CSR projects. Build an understanding of rural communities and the development programs under LBCT.

• Assist in Audit process of CSR Entities.

• Submit monthly reports highlighting the activities undertaken each month.

MBA / Postgraduate preferably in HR/ Graduate with relevant HR experience
