Job Description

Duties & Responsibility of Programme Manager

i. Responsible for overall implementation, supervision and execution of all the project activities.

ii. Design and executes project work plans to meet the goals and objective of the project.

iii. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

iv. Responsible to Submit all Report of every month.

v. Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders

vi. Establish fundraising and development goals, identifies potential donors or source of funding, and plans outreach strategies.

vii. Develop grant application, EOI, RFP, concept note, project proposal and ensure timely submission.

viii. Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of the organization

ix. Maintain a website and regularly update it with information about organization’s work.

x. Undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of the organization.

xi. Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization.

xii. To do supportive supervision of field workers and maintain a healthy relationship with team members.

xiii. Closely track the progress of the project and deliverables.

xiv. Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization.

xv. Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors

xvi. Provide overall support to Management/Administration.

Desirable Qualification:

Post Graduate in Social Science/Rural Management/ Rural Development/Social Work/Agriculture/Allied Science, etc

Experience:

Must have working experience of more than 5-7 years in project manager position

development sector after Post graduation.

Strong documentation,EOI and proposal writing

Compensation:

Consolidated remuneration of Rs.30000-40000 per month (based on experience and capabilities)
