KRA

The Client & Stakeholder Engagement Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implantation of the

Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and associated plans, monitoring their effectiveness and reporting on

progress and impact to key stakeholders internally.

Designing and leading the organisation’s stakeholder engagement strategy

Coordinating with internal teams for effective implementation of the stakeholder engagement strategy

Collaborating with internal team members and leadership in identifying opportunities in the

organisation’s programs for effective stakeholder engagement and partnership building.

Development of organisational communication materials relevant for stakeholder engagement

Designing and operationalising the strategic partnership models with government and

non-governmental partners

Collaborating with internal stakeholder for building PR strategy for the organisation as well as for

various programs

Designing and executing multi stakeholder engagement events to foster strong government relations

e.g. Police department, WCD, MSCW, Municipal Corporation, MSHRC, etc. engagement through

two-way interactions.

Developing and implementing systems and processes for smooth execution of the stakeholder

engagement strategy

Developing and Managing a systematic an internal database management system of stakeholder

engagement system for monitoring, evaluating and aiding in decision making

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate Requirement:

? Minimum 5+ years industry relevant experience

? i.e. NGO, Trust, Foundation, Government liasoning, PR & Media Relations. etc

? Experience working in Maharashtra / Delhi

? Experience in partnership building, and government stakeholder engagement

? Excellent written & spoken communication skills

? Presentable, courageous and confident to handle powerful and authoritative personalities
