Job Description

Educational Qualification and Experience: Master’s Degree preferably in Agriculture, Rural Development or related field with at least two/three years’ experience in the relevant sector. He/she should have knowledge of Odiya language with good communication skills. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively for implementation of programmes.


Job Responsibilities:

1.Facilitate demonstration of climate resilient agriculture

2.Facilitate seed production and cluster demonstrations in paddy and non-paddy crops.

3.Facilitate for registration of seed plots and seed certification

4.Training of farmers on package of practices

5.Facilitating community seed banks and develop seed entrepreneurship.

6.Liaison with concerned line department officials

7.Facilitate for convergence with Government programmes

8.Consolidation of reports and documentation of the best practices.


Salary:

He/ She will get monthly salary of Rs 30,000 + EPF and other allowances.
