Job Description

-Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment inventory


-Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients


-Train and supervise a team of support staff


- Identify training opportunities through liaising and networking with partners/stakeholders within the district and outside. Develop strategies to increase client base


-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing quality service and addressing any concerns or issues


-Monitor training center performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency


-Stay up-to-date with best practices in training management


-Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations


-Prepare reports on training center activities for management review


- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance management.


Requirements:


-Prior experience in a similar role as a Training Center Manager or similar position


-Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously


-Solid understanding of training program development and delivery methodologies


-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels


-Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail


-A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service


-Basic knowledge of computer, accounts and finance

- Strong interpersonal skills

The members of SVA and its associated CBOs are mostly Small and Marginal Farmers, Tribals, Dalits and Agricultural Workers of Odisha.
