Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality designs within specified deadlines.

Adapt designs to various formats and platforms, considering factors such as resolution, color, and file size optimization.

Utilize graphic design software and tools to create and edit visual content, ensuring high-quality and professional output.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather design requirements, provide creative input, and deliver designs that align with project objectives.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Knowledge of video production and application of artistic editing techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Proficiency in video editing softwares such as Filmora

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in design work.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, receiving and providing feedback constructively.

Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with web design principles and experience in designing for digital platforms is a plus.

Remuneration

Will depend on qualifications and experience and will range from 3.6 – 4.2 LPA.
