JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Area selection, Community mobilization

• Coordination with Uplift’s health team and health care providers in the project area

• Familiarity with Project deliverables and timelines.

• Implement the maternity wallets (savings)program as per given business plan.

• Implement the health loan program as per given business plan including repayments.

• Capacity Building of and Field Team Management

•Data Management and Reporting

REPORTING TO: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

SALARY: Commensurate with experience, project deliverables and prevalent industry standards

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi must. Fluency in English desirable. JOB PROFILE: Uplift Mutuals, pioneer in health microinsurance, is launching innovative health financing products with embedded health mutual insurance as part of its Health Financing 2.0 project. These products include Maternity Wallets aimed at pregnant women and Emergency Medical Loans for those health events typically not covered by health insurance or those who don’t have health insurance. In order to operationalize these products, office is being setup in Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) and a Project Manager is being recruited to run the project operations.
