Job Description

Job roles


- Prioritise the day-to-day assigned tasks that directly relate to Udayan Care's IT Centre Placement Cell.

- Compile the list of candidates as per the released certified student details from the concerned team.

- Closely working with centre staff to prepare the error free resumes of students.

- Mobilise new employers at nearby UCIT centres.

- Make sure to develop good relationships with employers to ensure their presence at central events like campus placement drives, grand alumni meets, etc.

- Closely working with the placement lead person to collect the letter of intent and company logo from the on-boarded companies

- Make sure to beat the placement targets of the assigned IT centres.


Responsible for the placement of students East Zone IT Centres


(Vinod Nagar, Kondli, Noida, Vijay Nagar)


Education/ Qualification :-


- Candidate must graduate in any stream


- Atleast 1 year experience as a Placement Coordinator



- Candidate must be a resident of Delhi and Noida only.


- Candidate must have excellent command in MS Office with advanced Excel and Google sheets/drives


- Ready to travel across the nation as per request

- Having excellent communication skills to present the Udayan Care placement cell at nearby companies (Delhi and Noida)

- Good writing skills in the English language are needed to quote success stories verbatim, employer testimonials, etc.

- Flexible to manage the work over weekends as per program requirements
