Job Description

We are currently in search of a dynamic individual to fill the position of Project Coordinator, based at Nihal Vihar, West Delhi. Preference will be given to candidates residing in proximity to Meera Bagh/Paschim Vihar.

Education Qualification: MSW or Post-Graduate in social sciences or related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in the development sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Proficiency in report writing.

2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Hindi.

3. Ability to collaborate effectively with donors, funding agencies, and government entities.

4. Self-motivation and a strong passion for social change, complemented by organizational and time management prowess.

5. Proficiency in leading a diverse, multicultural team with a positive outlook.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Expected Role:

1. Project management and oversight.

2. Ensuring effective design and implementation of projects, along with quarterly and annual planning and data management.

3. Cultivating strong community relationships and team collaboration.

4. Willingness to engage in community visits for mobilization efforts in Delhi/NCR.

Remuneration: Monthly CTC of Rs. 20,000/-, plus compensation for local conveyance and office-related telephone expenses.
