Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Development:

1.Collaborate with the team to develop and refine program strategies and goals, ideas for NGO work.

2.Conduct needs assessments and research to identify program priorities and target beneficiaries.

3.Design, develop, and modify program plans and initiatives to meet organization’s objectives.

4.Coordinate program activities, ensuring effective execution and adherence to timelines.

5.Foster collaboration and maintain effective relationships with program partners and stakeholders.

6.Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of the volunteers.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

1.Establish program monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.

2.Collect and analyze program data, generate reports, and communicate key findings.

Advocacy and Communication:

1.Advocate for program goals and initiatives, raising awareness and building partnerships.

2.Develop and implement communication strategies to promote program achievements and impact.

3.Collaborate with the communications team to produce engaging program-related content.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree, preference to people in relevant fields.

2.Proven experience in program management within the NGO sector.

3.Strong understanding of social issues and a passion for driving positive change.

4.Excellent project management skills, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.

5.Proficiency in management, and grant/proposal writing.

6.Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

7.Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.

8.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

9.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relevant software/tools.
