Responsibilities:

Industry Networking:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional companies, industries, and businesses.

2. Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to establish and expand the organization's network.

Student Placement:

1. Assist students in finding suitable job opportunities that align with their skills and career goals.

2. Collaborate with students to understand their preferences, strengths, and aspirations.

3. Coordinate and facilitate interviews and placement activities for students.

Job Matching:

1. Analyze job requirements from employers and match them with suitable students.

2. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the skills and attributes of each student to make appropriate placements.

Employer Engagement:

1. Act as a liaison between students and employers, managing expectations and communication.

2. Provide employers with detailed information about potential candidates and their qualifications.

Database Management:

1. Maintain an updated database of students, their skills, and placement preferences.

2. Document and track placement outcomes and success stories.

Communication:

1. Communicate placement opportunities, requirements, and expectations clearly to both students and employers.

2. Provide regular updates to management regarding placement progress and challenges.

Feedback and Support:

1. Gather feedback from employers about students' performance and adapt placement strategies accordingly.

2. Provide post-placement support to ensure smooth transitions and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

*A graduate in any field.

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

*Strong networking abilities with the capability to establish and maintain relationships.

*Understanding of local industries, job market trends, and employer needs.

*Proactive approach and ability to work independently.

*Proficiency in using MS Office tools and database management.

*Prior experience in placement, recruitment, or career counseling is a plus.
