Job Description

Meet monthly TDS requirement, deposit tax on time and file quarterly returns.

Process for payment request for vendor and staff bills/ invoices for their correctness and ensure authenticity as per the organization’s rules and regulations, before sending finance for payment release.

Work with Executive Coordinator and Programme Manager/Coordinator on financial analysis and cash flow projections.

Prepare monthly funds requests and submit utilization as per programme expenditure in due time.

Collaborate with program team and admin head in preparing project budget for new projects.

Provide support and clarification to program staffs on accounting and admin issues by sending the final bills/ invoices of staff and vendors.

Coordinate with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor and Donor Auditor on audit deliverables and prepare audit documents.

Provide admin support to the team and help them in organizing workshops, events and other conferences.

Back—up: important documents and account statements need to be backed up regularly on an external hard drive.

Any other duties which the Executive Coordinator may allot or request you as per the need of time.

Salary: INR 20,000/- to INR 25,000/- per month
