Job Description

JOB SUMMARY-

Updating of Books of Accounts in Tally and ERP4 Impact. Ensure that books of Account have been prepared based on Accounting Manual, policies and procedures and expenses have been booked based on Budget allocation in respective program cost center's.

To raise Purchase Orders.

To assist in preparation of working for recurring compliances like TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, GST, etc.

To ensure filing of all supporting documents are done in an orderly manner which facilitates easy retrieval.

To issue Donation and Grant Receipts through ERP4 Impact

To support staff seeking advances or reimbursements and ensure correct documentation.

To assist in preparation of regular payment files.

To co-ordinate with Banks for banking related activities.

To provide support in compiling documents for the Annual Audit and program audits.
