Position: Program monitoring & Partnership Officer

Place of posting: Bhubaneswar & other places in Odisha

The Roles & responsibilities:

1.Developing partnership with existing partner organisations

2.New partnership development with prospective organisations/institutions

3.Doing need assessment, baseline survey, mid-term evaluation, monitoring and final evaluation of programs.

4.Writing reports, proposals, concept notes and budgeting

5.Handling partner queries and official visits on CSR fundings, project proposal and consultations.

6.Filed visits and monitoring activities at the partner organisation program areas

7.Course correction and guidance on implementations.

8.Documentations and handling data on partnerships and programs

9.Record maintenance of program progress and updates regularly

10.Any other relevant task as required

The ideal candidate should be:

1.MBA/MSW/PG qualified candidates. Experienced candidates are preferred.

2.Good knowledge about social sector and understands the present trend. Should be acquainted with 80G, 12A, FCRA and other requirements.

3.Good English knowledge and communication skill and able to draft good proposals.

4.Well versed in computer applications

5.Motivated, enthusiastic, team player and having pleasant personality
