Job Description

•Connect with staff at field level for daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports and project documents and other activities related to project

•Ensure implementation of Organizational vision, mission and policy as required

•Plan monthly planner and monthly report (Activity, MIS, follow up reports and Other) in coordination with Project Facilitator

•Data analysis, finding and report presentation to Project Head.

•Ensure all required Project folders MIS and datasheet are updated and in place.

•Track, verify and maintain program records and databases.

•Facilitate monthly review meeting, prepare agenda and minutes.

•Implement all required documentation (diary, register) at field level and do require follow up.

•Follow-up and coordinate with Project staff as per project requirement.

•Plan, implement, and monitor activities related to women and Children program (specific to project)

•Monitor Volunteers attendance and facilitate in payment process.

•Prepare all kinds of draft agreement/contract for project staff’s vendors, service providers, licensor etc. and complete the process along with signatures and documents.

•Plan monthly field visit and gathered required information.

•Conduct training program, brief new Project launches to community mobilizer or as required by Project In charge.

•Support Project staff as per requirement in implementation all project activities.

•Connect with relevant stakeholders and do the required network as per project need

•Handle social media and IEC materials, blog, and other media content

•Other duties and responsibilities as per project need and requirement specified by Project in Charge and Director
