We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our
Incubation program. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving
sales growth and promoting our social mission through effective marketing strategies. Your role
will involve developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, building relationships with
customers and partners, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
1. Develop sales and marketing strategies:
- Identify target markets and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop sales and marketing plans to reach target audiences effectively.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing
2. Lead marketing campaigns:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social
media, email, events) to raise awareness of our social enterprise.
- Develop compelling messaging and storytelling to communicate our mission, values, and

videos, and online content.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to optimize results.
3. Build and maintain customer relationships:
- Identify and engage potential customers and partners through networking, cold calling,
and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-term relationships and

4. Monitor sales performance:
- Set sales targets and goals with Sales Agents.
- Track and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the management team.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and monitor profitability.
- Provide input to the product development team based on customer feedback and market
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience for 4 or more years in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the social
enterprise or nonprofit sector.
- Strong understanding of social impact and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
