Chief Executive Officer, Ichhamoti Kumarganj Agro Producer Company Limited (IKAPCL)

IKAPCL is a professionally managed FPC in Dakshin Dinajpur District, WB.

Position: Chief Executive Officer in Ichhamoti Kumarganj Agro Producer Company Limited

Stationed at: Kumarganj Blockr block of Dakshin Dinajpur district, WB

Qualification and experience:

• Master degree (BBA / Graduate Diploma in Agriculture / BSc / equivalent diploma) in the field of Agribusiness Management / Marketing / Operation / Finance / Rural Management / Social entrepreneurship / Agriculture and allied with 2 years’ experience in a FPO as CEO in marketing of agro-products.

• Substantial experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in a senior management position in a similar organization.

• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.

• Experience in building and managing relationships with farmers, stakeholders, and relevant government agencies.

• Familiarity with market dynamics, product development, and marketing strategies in the agricultural sector.

• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices, value chains, and rural development.

• Good understanding of cooperative principles and the functioning of FPOs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel.

• Maximum age limit: 45 Years

• Riding motorcycle and driving license is must. Preference will be given to candidates with two-wheeler.

Reporting to: Chairperson or Assigned Person.

Remuneration/Salary: Rs. 13500/- pm (depending on the competency of the candidate)
