Job Overview

The accountant will be a key member of the MSS team. Responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, accounting and reporting all level. Financial management of the organization in line with legislation, donor agreements and financial procedures.

Salary range – Rs 25000-30000

Responsibilities and duties

1 all account work with voucher preparation and accounting.

2 Financial management with donor requirements and contract.

3 Prepare and coordinate internal and external financial audit and compliance.

4 manage financial aspects of grants and projects, including proposal budgeting, expenditure and reporting to donors.

Reporting

• Submit timely and complete reports to the donors and Director of the organization.

• Ensure compliance with statutory accounting and reporting requirements.

Additional responsibilities.

Actively participate as a member of the management team of the organization.

Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Director of the organization.

Identify and mitigate financial risks by monitoring financial operations and implementing risk management strategies.
