Job Description


1. Individualized Instruction: Customize lessons to accommodate the specific needs and abilities of each student, considering their disabilities

2. Differentiated Instruction: Use different teaching methods and resources to address different learning styles of the students

3. Supportive Environment: Offer one to one assistance to students who require additional help in grasping concepts

4. Regular Assessment: Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly, adjusting instruction as needed to ensure learning and success

5. Communication: Maintain an open and effective communication with students, their parents and other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to their learning

6. Technology: Stay updated on the latest technologies and teaching strategies for students with disabilities

7. Administrative Role:

• Ensure that all computer hardware and software, resources are accessible to students with disabilities

• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and software are updated

• Maintain data and attendance of the E Daksh students

• Do basic troubleshoot of computer systems and network issues

• Maintain an inventory of all the computer equipment

*Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the need of the students and the organization. Flexibility, openness to learn and a student-centered approach are essential in this role.


Educational Qualification

• MCA (Master of Computer Application) or BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) or Bachelor’s degree with PG Diploma in Computer Science

Additional Desirable Qualification

• Diploma in Graphic designing and Multimedia

• Knowledge of TALLY

Essential Pre-requisites

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package

• Proficiency in English and Hindi language

• Proficiency in using English and Hindi Keyboard

• Teaching Experience

• Deliver training to students with diverse abilities with equal ease and comfort
