Job Description:

1.Responsible for accounts and book keeping of all projects, maintain proper documentation and entry of all accounting transactions, maintaining required physical records and online statements and reports. Manage bank and petty cash transactions and timely closure of books.

2.Prepare monthly and annual accounting statements and reports required for monitoring the budgets, financial progress of the projects and for completion of the timely audits.

3.Keep all the records and files and other documentation as required.

4.Overall office administration and management, up keep of the premises.

5.Achieving the defined project outputs and deliverables is important to realise the OUTCOMES.

Qualifications:

•Masters of Commerce with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in managing the accounting and audit functions, office adminstration in an established organisation.

•Desirable experience: Working with NGO or donor agency or any other social development project and familiar with the required procedures and legalities of income tax filing and FCRA compliances and CSR funding. Knowledge of tally or any other accounting software is preferable.

•Fluency in Telugu and English languages is essential with required computer skills and report writing abilities.

•Open to learning, willing to travel and spend time and work closely with the tribal community.
