Job Title: Counsellor-cum-Case Manager

Education qualification: Master Degree / Graduate in Psychology

Experience: 1 / 3 years relevant experience

Job Responsibility

• Psycho social Evaluation of all the beneficiaries.

• To consult the beneficiaries individually on daily basis and communicate with Doctors and Psychiatrist.

• To prepare an individual case history, need assessment and rehabilitation plan.

• To get decisions on the corrective measures.

• Ton maintain counselling progress chart of each and every beneficiaries.

Salary: 15,000/- Per month

Job Title: Field Coordinator (Rescue, Repatriation and Entitlements)

No of position: 01 (Only for Female Candidate)

Education qualification: Graduate in Social work / Social science

Experience: 1 year Relevant Experience

Job Responsibility.

• To identify, maintain database, mobilize & rescue the beneficiaries.

• To complete all the legal formalities during rescue.

• To aware & help residential beneficiaries to get entitlement of govt. welfare scheme.

• To trace the families of the beneficiaries and develop with stake holders helpful in home tracing

• To do follow up of the repatriated beneficiaries and provide them emergency support

• To bring emergency/ referred case at concerned hospitals.

Salary: 12,000/- Per month

Job Title: Field Coordinator (C.B.S.G)

No of position: 01

Education qualification: Graduate in social work/Social Science/with 1 year relevant experience.

• To provide livelihood support to the beneficiaries and link them with livelihood opportunities.

• To form CBSG/SHG among beneficiary in home and pockets and providing them training.

• To develop linkage with various training services provider and employers.

•To do follow up of the beneficiaries linked with livelihood activities.

Salary: 12000/- Per month

Job Title- Accountant-Cum-D.E.O

No of position: 01

Education qualification: B.com with Diploma Course in Computer Operation with 1 year relevant experience.

•To disburse payments, maintain vouchers/ books of accounts (Manual and computerized in Tally) / Stock register etc

• Preparation of reports & arrangement for Audit. Handling of Income tax/PF related activities.

• Computerized typing work in Hindi & English.

• Other works assigned.

Salary: 12000/- Per month

Job Title: Care Taker

No of position: 01

• Having a at least two year prior experience.

To ensure day to day care of each & every beneficiaries including their bathing, recreational activities, skill based training, provide necessary physical assistance to the beneficiaries performing regular activities including assistance in attending to natural calls.

Salary: 7500/- Per month

Job Title: Psychiatrist

No of position: 01

Education qualification: M.D (Psychiatrist)

To forward all the Beneficiaries for mental evaluation and relevant investigation.

Prescription of medicines and further communication as per requirement.

Regular follow up all Beneficiaries and evaluation of each case.

To refer the Beneficiary to the appropriate institution for special treatment.

Salary: 4000/- Per month(For Two visit)
