This position is open in alignment with the requirement of Anvayaa Kin Care Pvt. Ltd., a foremost elderly care platform working in thirty cities across India with an international identity.

Currently we are looking for one female candidate who would provide daily accompaniment to one of their valuable elderly lady clients in terms of providing

• talking & listening accompaniment

• providing handholding in learning the use of cell phone and other basic gadgets

• providing accompaniment with shopping and other outside requirements

• and everything related to making the person feel confident and healthy being a pro-active coordinator.

The requirement of position is purely based on the support from Anvayaa Kin Care Pvt. Ltd. and on contractual basis with a probation of 3 months. We would like to clearly state that the term of this engagement will be extended only based on the requirement of the said company.

Criteria for the position

The female candidate,

Should be SMART AND HONEST

Should be between the age of 28 to 35 years

Should be fluent in English and Hindi

Should be a graduate in any stream

Should be a resident of Kolkata for more than 10 years. Candidates from nearby areas will be prioritized

Should be aware of good behavioral skills and patient with elderly persons

Should be ready to accept in case any rotation or 24x7 service is sometime required

Remuneration

During probation, the monthly remuneration will be rs.13000 per month. After the probation, it will be 16000 per month.

Note – Initially the engagement of resource will be continued for 5 to 6 hours daily upto first 8 to 10 days. After that based on the compatibility and comfortability between the elderly and the resource, the engagement would gradually increase from 8am. to 8pm and sometime it would demand rotations or 24x7 engagement. The last date for application is 6th October, 2023 till 5 pm.
