Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.

Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.

Resource Management:

Track and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between project teams, management, and stakeholders.

Ensure clear and effective communication among team members.

Manage project-related correspondence, emails, and documentation.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess project risks and issues.

Assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.

Maintain a risk register and update it as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain project files, records, and documentation for reference and auditing purposes.

Generate regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.

Budget Tracking:

Assist in tracking project expenses against the budget.

Report budget variances and work with the project manager to make necessary adjustments.

Closure and Evaluation:

Assist in project closure activities, including documentation, client acceptance, and handover.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (project management, business, etc.).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

Salary: (12 Honorarium and 3 conveyance) Total -15 thousand
