Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with Ritinjali's goals and values.

• Create compelling content for a range of platforms, including our website, social media, email newsletters, and press releases.

• Craft clear and concise messaging to communicate our organization's mission, values, and accomplishments.

• Collaborate closely with team members to produce high-quality written and visual content.

• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication materials.

• Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts and adapt strategies as needed.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in both communications and design.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.

• Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Creative flair and a sharp eye for design.

• Ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging content.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
