Program Strategy and Planning
Develop program proposals with objectives, outcomes, budgets and timelines in alignment with the Foundation's mission.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, primarily in the Indian and Tibetan community, for needs assessment and development of new programs.
Oversee the execution of various programs, ensuring they are on track and within budget.
Manage a small team of program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Write reports to assess the progress and impact of the programs.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Political Science, Gender Studies, Comparative Religion and related fields.
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
Efficiency in independently managing programs, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across cultures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
