Lead all consultants facilitating different activities and ensure delivery of expected result
Ensure engagement of all stakeholders in the programme especially Panchayat leaders and local service providers
Support Project Director in reporting to donor and fulfill other reporting requirement
Support team in capturing learning and translating it into knowledge product
Support other team members in discharging their duty
Participate in Forum theatre
Support regular planning of activities and ensure implementation
Ensure strengthening of institutional memory
Ensuring the conduction of targeted GBV campaigns and mobilizing the community for the participation.
Support Project Director in engaging media to amplify the messaging on gender discrimination and violence against women and girls
Any other task assigned by Project Director.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Master degree/PGD in MSW/Gender Studies/Rural Studies/ Sociology/Psychology Development Studies, Social Work, or a related discipline with minimum one year of relevant experience in social sector.
Bachelor degree in Sociology/Psychology/development studies/law or related discipline with minimum five years of experience in social sector.
Skills & Attributes:
Experience organizing technical events and meetings, generating technical content in written form and presentations.
Diplomatic, with strong interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity, ability to keep information confidential.
Strong leadership capabilities & people management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary – Rs, 20000 to Rs, 24000/Month
