Title: Appointment of female teacher for the children of workers and laborers at the building construction site.

(This Post is about the requirement of a female teacher for the children of workers and laborers working at building construction sites. The aim of this is to provide education to the children who live with their parents on construction sites. Through this, they will be encouraged towards education and literacy.)

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification Graduate

A female teacher who has received education from an education-related institution.

Ability to communicate and compromise with children.

Full capacity and support in education.

Ability to present in language good knowledge in relevant subjects.

Interest in the development of children and the ability to introduce them to various education methods.

Job Location: Construction Site, Mehram Nagar, New Delhi, 110037 [Near IGI police line]

Position: Building Construction Site

Scope: Providing education to children of workers and laborers

Educational Qualification: Received education from the relevant institute.

Experience: Experience in the education field is preferred, but fresh candidates are also invited

Job Responsibilities:

To provide education to the children of workers and laborers working in building construction sites.

Giving lessons in various subjects like reading, writing, and mathematics.

Maintaining the quality of education and organizing school activities.

Monitoring students' progress and encouraging their development.

Prepare necessary documents for educational reports and progress monitoring.

To educate women and adolescent students about the importance and implications of menstrual hygiene management. There is a need so that they can address it with a healthy and successful mindset.

To promote the importance of menstrual hygiene in society and promote social change for hygiene.

Leading education, practices, and resources related to menstrual hygiene management.

Conducting relevant trainings, workshops, and community meetings so that women and adolescent girls understand and have the right information.

To provide emergency recourse and support for menstrual hygiene management in times of emergency.

To collaborate with the community to provide necessary support to those in need.

Annual salary between Rs 1,20,000 to Rs 1,44,000 INR
