Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure seamless and effective day to day LPF’s operations in Bengaluru.
•Liaison with Corporate CSR partners through in person and on-call meetings, prepare and share periodic project and financial updates reports, discuss the plans, challenges and implement solutions. Plan and execute employee volunteering programs for Corporate CSR partner and publish reports.
•Connect with Academic institutes and on-board principals, HoDs and students to create awareness about LPF scholarships.
•Lead Scholarship selection process. Evaluate online & in person applications, shortlist students and plan interviews, organize scholarship award event and orientation program.
•Plan and implement Skill Building/ Training & Development programs along with the industry expert trainers, LPF Alumni and employee volunteers of Corporate CSR Partners.
•Engage with the LILA Girls – scholarship recipients throughout their academic course duration.
Qualification, Skills & Competencies:
•Bachelor / Master Degree in any discipline with 8-12 years of work experience with a non-profit/ corporate organization.
•Excellent spoken and written communication skills, conversant with local regional language. Excellent presentation, networking and customer centricity skills and leadership skills.
•Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and well versant with tools like Google Survey.
Other Details:
•Female candidates only can apply. LPF operates 6 days a week. And alternate Saturdays would be off.
