Job Description

Make-A-Wish India requires a person with working experience in MIS reporting, Database management (excel), knowledge of CRM solution – salesforce.com& back office operational work with following abilities-: •Making reports in MS Excel(Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Charts etc) •Database Management, with knowledge of a CRM solution, preferably salesforce Resolving Issues related with Salesforce. •Providing training / updates to team on newly deployed steps. •Preparing reports and dashboards on individual and team wise on daily basis. •Deploying and Customize salesforce.com application based on our needs. •Accounting of cheques, updating in software and reconciliation of receipts for donors. •Development of MS PowerPoint presentations. •Reconciliation and MIS reporting of all enquiries received (online+offline). •Managing Bulk emailing. •Involved in Website maintenance. Familiar with Website navigation. •Involved in handling queries related to Payment gateways. •Handles uploading of contents,

Eligibility Criteria

•A Masters degree in business, economics and statistics with minimum of 5 years of experience •Experience in project management, including managing multi-stakeholder and complex projects. Also should have an experience of applying M&E to address sustainability issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM

•A Masters degree in business, economics and statistics with minimum of 5 years of experience •Experience in project management, including managing multi-stakeholder and complex projects. Also should have an experience of applying M&E to address sustainability issues. •He/She should have an experience in managing all aspects of data collection, storage and analysis. Also he will be designing and managing evaluation projects. •He/She should also have a strong understanding and experience of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including participatory methodologies. Also should have hands on experience with statistical tools for data analysis. •Experience in log framework and/or any such M&E framework •He/She should have an experience in the communication of complex data to diverse audiences and in developing high quality reports and presentations for diverse audiences. •He/She will be responsible for coordinating with program managers in each location to ensure quality
