· Plan, design, and oversee the construction of Water Resource projects, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with Government Norms.
· Conduct structural analyses and site inspections to ensure projects meet safety standards and design specifications.
· Estimate project costs and manage budgets, selecting appropriate materials and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
· Collaborate with funding agencies, contractors, and government officials to coordinate project activities and achieve successful outcomes.
· Implement safety measures, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress updates.
· Collaborate with local government and community stakeholders to develop and implement natural resource management initiatives at the village level.
· Stay updated with the latest engineering techniques, software, and industry standards, and engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Education: A graduate degree in Civil Engineering in Rural Management or a closely related field.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience.
